Determination of enrollment status

Your enrollment status for these programs will be determined based on the number of credit hours in which you are enrolled at the point your aid is disbursed, with the exception of the Pell Grant.  Your enrollment status for the Pell Grant will be determined by your enrollment at the end of the Change of Schedule Period for the 16-week courses (Pell Recalculation Date).  Pell eligible students who wish to have second 8-week block courses included in their enrollment status must have registered for those courses by the end of the Change of Schedule Period for the 16-week courses.

Please note: If you apply for financial aid after the Pell Recalculation Date, your Pell grant award will be based on the total hours in which you are enrolled and begin attendance/participation at the time of your initial calculation of aid.
