The Small Business & Technology Development Center (SBTDC) at Missouri State University-West Plains assists current small business owners, and those who want to become one. Once you become an SBTDC Client, you qualify for free, confidential, one-on-one business counseling sessions. During these sessions, we focus on what your business needs to survive and thrive.
