The Certificate in Viticulture provides practical knowledge and skills in the field
of viticulture, or grape growing. The certificate is offered through the Viticulture
Enology Science and Technology Alliance (VESTA), a national grape and wine education
program that combines the flexibility of online instruction, instructor-guided education
from industry professionals and hands-on winery experience. While the Certificate
in Viticulture may be completed as a stand-alone certificate program, courses in this
certificate may also be used to complete the Associate of Applied Science in Viticulture.
