A commencement ceremony is held each spring. Students who wish to participate in the ceremony must apply online through MyGrizzlyDen or the office of registration and records at the time of spring registration. If a student has no more than 10 hours remaining and will graduate at the end of summer, an appeal may be made to the vice chancellor of academic affairs or his designee for the student to participate in the spring graduation ceremony. Students should be aware of deadlines for names in programs, newspaper articles and any other print materials. Contact registration and records office to inquire about deadlines at (417) 255-7979.
