Fall 2023
- August 19th – Residence Halls open at 8:00 AM
- August 21st – Meal Plans begin with breakfast. Fall classes begin.
- September 4th – Labor Day (No Classes/Offices Closed)
- October 12th-13th – Fall Break (No classes/Offices Open) Breakfast, lunch, and sack dinner (available until 2PM) served on October 11th. Meals will continue with breakfast on October 16th.
- November 20th-24th – Thanksgiving Break.
- Residence Halls close at 5:00 PM on November 17th. Breakfast, lunch, and sack dinner (available until 2PM) served on November 17th.
- December 11th-14th – Final Exam Period.
- Residence Halls close at 12:00 Noon, on December 15th. Breakfast, lunch, and sack dinner (available until 2PM) served on December 14th.
Spring 2024
- January 13th – Residence Halls open at 8:00 AM
- January 15th – Meal plans begin with breakfast. Martin Luther King Jr. Day (No Classes/Offices Closed)
- February 19th - Presidents’ Day (No Classes/Offices Closed)
- March 9th-17th – Spring Break (No Classes/Offices Closed)
- Residence Halls close at 5:00 PM on March 8th. Breakfast, lunch and sack dinner (available until 2 PM) will be served on March 8th.
- March 29th – Spring Holiday (No Classes/Offices Closed)
- May 6th-9th – Final Exam Period.
- Breakfast, lunch, and sack dinner (available until 2 PM) will be served May 9th. Residence Halls close May 10th at 12:00 Noon. Residents participating in Graduation may stay until 8:00 AM on May 12th.
Summer 2024
- June 1st – Residence Halls open at 8:00 AM
- June 19th – Juneteenth (No Classes/Offices Closed)
- July 25th-26th – Final Exam Period. Residence Halls Close July 27th at 12:00 Noon.

Requests for late check out during Thanksgiving, Spring, and/or End-of-Semester break(s) can be submitted to the Director of Residence Life for further consideration.
