- Schedule anticipates that some connection to workforce development/community partnerships will emerge as a theme
Strategic Planning Committee (SPC)
- Co-chaired by a faculty member and staff member
- Committee includes 5 faculty, 5 staff, and 1 administrator (in addition to co-chairs)

- Consultant providing combination of qualitative and quantitative information
- Institutional Research partnering with SGF to collect data

Themes
- High-level categories plan will be built around
- Based on SWOT analysis and external experts (potentially EAB and someone from the Rural Community College Alliance)
Goal Work Groups
- Small teams; good to have at least one SPC member per group; others may or may not be Strategic Planning Committee members
- Each focus on identifying goals and developing strategies for one theme
- Will begin with data, training on goal-setting, and expert input on best practices
