Garnett Library has one copy of The Kite Runner on DVD. Please book with the library
in advance to be sure that it is available.

The Multicultural Support Committee is hosting Deloris Gray Wood on Tuesday, November
17 at 3:00 PM in Melton 112. Ms. Wood is the president of the Missouri Association
of the Trail of Tears and a board member of the National Association of the Trail
of Tears. She will provide a presentation in celebration of Native American Heritage
Month.
Games Day @ Garnett Library, November 21: In celebration of International Games Day,
the CGP Department and Garnett Library are partnering to bring you an afternoon of
fun from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Everyone of all ages is welcome to join the fun! Remember
to bring your favorite games!
Volunteers are needed to ring bells for the Salvation Army on Wednesday, December
9. The sign-up list will be in the main offices of Melton and Lybyer Halls. All faculty,
staff and students are welcome to volunteer.
The Faculty Appreciation luncheon is scheduled for December 16 in Cass Hall. Please
bring a dessert dish by 10:00 AM.
Departmental Assessments were due to Division Chairs on Oct. 15 and their reports
are due Nov. 15.
Governor's Award for Excellence in Education nominations are due Dec. 2.
