Homecoming
Get ready for Homecoming 2026!
We’re excited to announce Homecoming is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 21. Join us for an evening of fun, community spirit and celebration.
Kick off Homecoming 2026 at the Grizzly Nation Pre-Game Party! Doors open at 5:00
p.m., so come early for free Grizzly swag, interactive games, a meet-and-greet with
our student athletes and Homecoming court, refreshments and much more. It’s the perfect
way to connect with fellow Grizzlies, soak up the excitement and get fired up before
the game!
Here's what we have planned:
Alumni and Friends Welcome, sponsored by University Advancement Relations
- Free swag while supplies last at the main, west entrance
Grizzly Nation Pre-Game Party, sponsored by Staff Senate at the exhibit hall
- Cornhole, axe throwing, ladder golf and more!
- Connect with campus departments and student organizations
- At 5:30 p.m., take photos and get autographs with the cheer team, student athletes and Grizz
Candidates Reception, sponsored by Student Life
- Alumni and friends are welcome to join a special meet-and-greet with all Homecoming candidates at 6:00 p.m. in the civic center’s Dogwood rooms
- After the halftime crowning, the 2026 Homecoming King, Queen, and Court will return to the reception to enjoy photos and refreshments
Grizzlies vs. State Fair Community College, sponsored by Don’s Auto Service
- The Grizzlies will take the court against State Fair Community College from Sedalia, MO at 7:00 p.m.
- Purchase tickets at the West Plains Civic Center Box office or online at etix.com.
