With five weeks left in the semester, we wanted to remind you of some resources available to help you finish strong. Take a few minutes to review the information below and reach out if you need assistance.

You can check the MSU-WP Employee Directory to connect with various individuals to receive the help you need.
If you cannot connect to the right person to receive assistance or have your question answered, call the main campus number, 417-255-7255, during regular business hours and ask for the GrizCare Helpline.
Mental Health Resources
As part of MSU-WP’s professional services for students, counseling sessions are available to students at no cost. Contact Ozarks Medical Center Behavioral Healthcare in West Plains, 417-257-6762, or Mountain Grove, 417-926-6563, to schedule a phone appointment.
Another option is to call the 24-Hour Crisis Hotline number at 1-800-356-5395, or text HOME to 741741 to connect with a crisis counselor.
For COVID-19 Stress Help & Resources, call 417-256-1777 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Student Health Services
Students are entitled to free basic office visits at Ozarks Medical Center affiliated clinics in the region. Any additional services, such as x-ray, lab work, etc., will be charged to the student. Learn more.
You can contact the Grizzly Tutoring Lab for tutoring assistance or for help with assignments.

The computer labs below include some weekend and evening hours.
Lybyer Enhanced Technology Center - Open Lab & Help Desk
Monday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Garnett Library Media Room
Sunday: 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Monday-Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Thursday-Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
