Planning Process
Missouri State University-West Plains began initial development of its Long-Range Plan, 2022-2027, during the 2021-2022 academic year. Representatives from West Plains' faculty, staff administration served on the steering committee. The committee first met in August of 2021 to discuss the process and guiding principles that would guide the process. By early spring, the committee had completed the work with focus groups and developed goals and strategies to achieve these goals. The Board of Govenors approved these goals and strategies at the June BOG meeting. Key Performance Indicators were detetermined and approved by the BOG at the August meeting.
