Consortium Agreements
WPO 5.08-1 Consortium Agreements (Op5.08-1)
Missouri State University-West Plains has one type of consortium for dual enrollment that is used to determine financial aid eligibility. Only classes required for the student’s degree program and eligible for credit transfer can be included. Consortiums are semester specific and a new one is required each semester of dual enrollment. The consortium deadline is Friday of the first week of classes for fall and spring and Tuesday of the first week for summer.
Standard Consortium. This consortium is available to Pell recipients that are dually enrolled by their own choice at another accredited university. The combined enrollment will be used to calculate federal grant eligibility for Pell.
All other financial aid will be based on Missouri State University-West Plains enrollment (must be in at least 6 credits for student loans). State grants and university scholarships that require full-time enrollment at the institution awarding aid will be forfeited for that semester.
