The AAS in Culinary and Hospitality Leadership gives students a foundation
and a stepping-stone for advancement and educational career pathways in the culinary and hospitality industry.

Culinary and hospitality leadership prepares students for employment, entry-level management trainee positions, or improved skills for career advancement. Online coursework provides students with opportunities to build skills for real-world success.

Hospitality and Food Services Career Pathway was identified as a Missouri Target Industry with a projected 7% increase between 2018-2028. The hospitality career pathway utilizes supporting careers: lodging, administrative and support services, sales & marketing, entertainment, and accounting.
