  • November Friends of the Garnett Library Meeting and Luncheon. "Making Connections" will be the topic of the program brought by Mary Kellum, coordinator of the federally-funded TRIO Student Support Services. $10 cost for lunch; no charge for program only. Date and time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM, November 11, 2016/Lybyer 104-05
  • The annual Musical Salute to Veterans program is Friday, November 11, at 1 p.m. in the West Plains Civic Center Theater. This is also a free event.
  • Benefits open enrollment. One month left to complete HRA (save $360 a year in insurance premium), make benefit changes or enroll in cafeteria plan (needs to be completed each year of participation – not automatic renewal).
  • Bulk Mailing Reminder: If you are planning a bulk mailing, please send intent to Alyssa Collins so she will know what budget to charge when the bill comes from the post office.
  • Rajiv Thakur was elected chair of the "Association of American Geographers – West Lakes Division" at the Annual Meeting of the division at Marquette, MI's Northern Michigan University on Oct 15, 2016.
  • Next Executive Budget Committee Meeting scheduled for Nov 18 at 2:00 p.m.
