The Missouri State University – West Plains Federally Mandated Reporting/Disclosure Committee’s charge is to address what federally mandated reporting/disclosure is required from the Missouri State University-West Plains campus; when the deadlines are for reporting; where the information will be distributed to federal agencies/students/faculty/staff; who is responsible for reporting; and to ensure all reporting/disclosing has been properly completed.
