Fall 2024
- August 17 – Grizzly Lofts open at 8:00 AM
- August 19 – Meal Plans begin with breakfast. Fall classes begin.
- September 2 – Labor Day (No Classes/Offices Closed)
- October 10-11 – Fall Break (No classes/Offices Open) Breakfast, lunch, and sack dinner (available until 2PM) served on October 9. Meals will continue with breakfast on October 14.
- November 23-December 1 – Thanksgiving Holiday (No Classes. Offices Closed Nov. 27-29)
- Grizzly Lofts close at 12:00 PM Noon, on November 22. Breakfast, lunch, and sack dinner (available until 2PM) served on November 21.
- December 9-12 – Final Exam Period.
- Grizzly Lofts closes at 12:00 Noon, on Friday, December 13. Breakfast, lunch, and sack dinner (available until 2PM) served on December 12.
Spring 2025
- January 11 – Grizzly Lofts open at 8:00 AM
- January 13 – Meal plans begin with breakfast.
- January 20 – Martin Luther King Jr. Day (No Classes/Offices Closed)
- February 17 – Presidents’ Day (No Classes/Offices Closed)
- March 8-16 – Spring Break (No Classes/Offices Closed)
- Grizzly Lofts close at 12:00 PM Noon on March 7. Breakfast, lunch and sack dinner (available until 2 PM) will be served on March 6. Meals will continue with breakfast on March 17.
- May 5-8 – Final Exam Period.
- Breakfast, lunch, and sack dinner (available until 2 PM) will be served May 8. Grizzly Lofts closes May 9 at 12:00 Noon. Residents participating in Graduation may stay until 8:00 AM on May 11.
Summer 2025
- May 31 – Grizzly Lofts opens at 8:00 AM
- June 19 – Juneteenth (No Classes/Offices Closed)
- July 24-25 – Final Exam Period. Grizzly Lofts closes July 26 at 12:00 Noon.

Requests for late check out during Thanksgiving, Spring, and/or End-of-Semester break(s) can be submitted to the Coordinator of Residence Life for further consideration.
