Grizzly Lofts

Students utilize the bike rack outside of the Grizzly Lofts

The Grizzly Lofts, Missouri State-West Plains' new residential community, gives students who want to live in University housing a whole different perspective of campus life. Located just a few blocks from campus in the renovated International Shoe Company building, the facility features on-site dining and is a great place to enjoy the total college living experience.

On Jan. 1, 2017, the Shoe Factory Lofts, a private student housing facility, became the Grizzly Lofts, and Missouri State-West Plains assumed management of the facility.
