Missouri State University-West Plains has entered into various agreements with Missouri public institutions to work in a cooperative manner to facilitate the learning opportunities of Missouri citizens through online and reverse transfer offerings. In addition, Missouri State University-West Plains participates in the Viticulture and Enology Science and Technology Alliance (VESTA) which offers associate of applied science degrees in viticulture and enology.
