Once home to West Plains' Coca-Cola Bottling Co. plant, turned into the Broadway Building then housing the University's Physical Plant, which provides upkeep and maintenance services to all buildings and grounds on campus. It has sense been made into the Pace Industrial Science Center housing the University's welding and other technology or machinery based programs.
