This former parsonage on Pennsylvania Avenue across from the West Plains Public Library now houses the University's Adult Education and Literacy and College Readiness Programs. Area residents can utilize the programs' services to prepare for high school equivalency examinations; hone reading, writing and math skills; and complete other preparatory work before entering the college environment.
