Once home to West Plains' Coca-Cola Bottling Co. plant, turned into the Broadway Building then housing the University's Physical Plant, which provides upkeep and maintenance services to all buildings and grounds on campus. It has now become the Terry L. "Bo" Pace Industrial Science Center, housing the University's Terry L. “Bo” Pace Advanced Welding and Fabrication Program and other industrial technology-based programs.
