Residents who properly complete the checkout process and incur no damages are eligible to receive a deposit refund. However, if you are returning to housing during the next academic year, the Office of Residence Life will keep your deposit on file.
We highly encourage you to reach out to our Office of Financial Aid for scholarship, loan, and grant options. The University also has a MyPaymentPlan option.
We only allow fish that can live in an aquarium of 20 gallons or less.
Yes. We encourage you to take the items home that you may need over breaks because our residence halls will be closed. However, you may leave any of your items in your room as needed.
Your meal plan is specific to the building in which you are assigned to live. However, you are always welcome to pay the affordable price to eat at the either facility.
The University makes room/suite assignments on a first-come, first-served basis in consideration of the date on which the University receives the contract, deposit, and meningitis shot record. All roommate and suitemate requests must be mutual; both students must request one another in order to be assigned.
Cooking is strictly prohibited in the residence halls, however the use of a microwave (1,000 watts or less), toaster, coffee pot, and blender are permitted.
There is no curfew for our residents to be back in the building. Residents who live within the facilities are expected to adhere to the visitor policy as set forth in the Guide to Residence Hall Living, as well.
Not to worry! You can call a Resident Assistant (RA) or Residence Life Staff member who will be more than happy to assist you. We allow 3 free let-in’s each semester. After the third time, there will be a $5 charge added to your student account.
Our dining facilities are open to the public to purchase meals. We highly encourage you to invite your family and friends to enjoy a meal on campus with you.
Residents are allowed to stay over 4-day weekend breaks, but our dining facilities will be closed. Residence Halls are primarily closed over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring breaks. Requests for extenuating circumstances may be submitted to the Director for further consideration.
