Missouri State University – West Plains authorizes Parchment, a third party transcript provider and partner with MSU-West Plains, to process all reissued diploma/certificate requests as a product available through the transcript ordering system. A fee will be required when ordering a diploma/certificate.

Place Reissued Diploma/Certificate Order Through My Grizzly Den
If you have access to your My Grizzly Den BearPass account, this is the preferred method for ordering diplomas. The system will match your account with the request for easy, fast processing.
Once logged in to My Grizzly Den, go to the Degree Information card and select the Transcript link. This link will take you to the Parchment site, where you will be able to choose reissued diploma/certificate as your product choice.
LNU-MSU students may order reissued diplomas online through Parchment or email their requests to WPRRChina@MissouriState.edu
Place Reissued Diploma/Certificate Order Through Parchment
If you do not have access to your My Grizzly Den account, you can order your diploma/certificate directly from Parchment. You will need your contact information (including email address), Social Security number, Date of Birth, and approximate Years of Attendance.
