Transcript Information

Effective August 17, 2020, ALL students will be charged when ordering a transcript whether ordered in-house, sent electronically or mailed. Transcript fees will range from $7.50 - $ 10.00. Additional charges will be applied for overnight delivery methods. International transcripts sent overnight will be charged a minimum of $47.50

Students who attended prior to 1995 will find transcript ordering information at Missouri State University in Springfield for transcripts. For assistance call (417) 836-5520 or email Registrar@MissouriState.edu.

LNU-MSU students may order transcripts online.

Place Transcript Order Through My Grizzly Den

If you have access to your BearPass login you can order your transcript through My Grizzly Den. This is the preferred method for ordering transcripts. The system will match your account with the transcript request for easy, fast processing.

Log into My Grizzly Den:

  • Locate the Degree Information Card and click the Transcript link. 
    • You may need to search for and bookmark the card.
  • Click the link "Access the Transcript ordering site"
  • Follow the steps provided.

Transcripts for Liaoning Normal University - Missouri State University (LNU-MSU) students, physically located in China at the time of submitting a request, should fill out this online form which is sent to Registration and Records for submission to Parchment. If you do not have access to your My Grizzly Den account, you can order your transcript directly from Parchment. You will need your contact information (including email address), Social Security number, Date of Birth, and approximate Years of Attendance.
