Register via http://www.ETS.org/praxis. Test site number for Missouri State University-West Plains is #04014.

Fees:

Paid directly to PRAXIS prior to test date. Current fees are listed on the PRAXIS fee page.

On the date of the test you must bring the following items:

• Driver's License or Non-Driver ID
• Cell phones cannot be brought into the testing center.
