American College Testing Program (ACT)
Prospective dual-credit/dual-enrollment students. Students wishing to have scores sent to other colleges or Universities should register for the ACT at a national testing site.
For the convenience of our students, a residual ACT is offered by Missouri State University-West Plains. This testing provides scores for admission and placement at Missouri State University-West Plains. Students wishing to have scores sent to other colleges or universities should register for the ACT at a national testing site.

Contact testing center at least one day prior to the test day and pay the required fees.
Testing Services in the Garnett Library at 304 W. Trish Knight St. Come in the main door and go down the ramp.
$50. Cash, check or money order paid to Missouri State-West Plains.
Arrive at least 20 minutes ahead of the start time. Late testers will not be admitted.
On the date of the test bring the following items:
- Missouri driver's license or non-driver's ID and
- A calculator if you wish. (You may use a scientific or graphing calculator providing they meet the limitations specified on the ACT website.
Hours of Operation:
8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
